We are here to support you.Regie Manager – Carpentry SectorYour missionAs part of a job opening, we are looking for a Regie Manager – Carpentry Sector for one of our clients to ensure the complete management of interventions and maintenance projects for a varied clientele. As a true privileged contact for clients, you will take charge of files from A to Z, from the establishment of quotes to the final acceptance of the work.Responsibilities- Establish quotes and commercial offers.- Take measurements on construction sites.- Advise clients and propose adapted technical solutions.- Plan, organize, and coordinate the interventions of the teams.- Place orders for hardware and supplies with suppliers.- Ensure the monitoring of supplies and ensure compliance with deadlines.- Manage projects in their entirety: technical and financial monitoring, quality of work, as well as compliance with deadlines and safety standards.- Ensure the follow-up of work until completion and final acceptance of the site.- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients, suppliers, and various stakeholders.Profile- CFC in carpentry or equivalent training.- Confirmed experience in managing maintenance work or carpentry projects.- Excellent command of plan reading and carpentry techniques.- Experience in establishing quotes and budget monitoring.- High level of autonomy and organization, and excellent ability to manage several files simultaneously and prioritize tasks.- Mastery of current tools and quote software or ERP (an asset).- Valid driver's license.Do you wish to join a company where your technical expertise and skills will be fully valued?
