IT & User Support Technician at 60%

Your main responsibilities :

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support on Windows and MacOS environments (workstations, peripherals, printers, network),
  • Install, configure and maintain workstations,
  • Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory / Entra ID),
  • Support VPN connections and remote access,
  • Perform basic network problem diagnostics (Wi-Fi, IP, connectivity),
  • Manage requests via a ticketing tool,
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure and processes,
  • Support users with pedagogy, a service mindset and responsiveness.

Your profile :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong service orientation and a keen interest in solving IT and office automation issues,
  • IT training (CFC or equivalent), completed or ongoing while employed,
  • Good command of Windows and MacOS environments,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint),
  • Basic knowledge of networking and security (MFA, phishing, best practices),
  • Knowledge of Intune appreciated,
  • Autonomy, rigour and team spirit,
  • Working language: French (fluent required), technical English appreciated
  • Mobility in Nyon and Lausanne (1 day/week travel, rest of the time in Geneva)
  • Driving licence is an asset.

Start date: immediate or to be agreed
