As part of our development, we are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Technician / Junior Systems Administrator (M/F) wishing to grow within a dynamic company where every employee has a real impact.

Your mission:

  • Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, you provide second-level technical support and ensure the operational condition of our infrastructures.
  • You work independently on complex incidents and use our management, backup and monitoring tools daily. Take charge of, analyse and resolve level 2 incidents (escalations from level 1).
  • Manage and administer the IT equipment, access and complex requests via the ManageEngine ecosystem.
  • Monitor the health and performance of our infrastructures using PRTG Network Monitor.
  • Manage, control and test the compliance of backups and disaster recovery plans with Veeam.
  • Centralise and secure the management of access, passwords and remote connections via Devolutions (Remote Desktop Manager / Password Hub).
  • Actively participate in hardware configuration (PCs, servers, switches) and migration projects. Write and keep technical documentation and operating procedures up to date.

Your profile:

  • Education: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in IT (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a level 2 IT support or junior system administrator role.
  • Essential technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, M365, Azure). Proven practical experience with ManageEngine, PRTG, Veeam and Devolutions tools.
  • Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2). Technical English is required for reading documentation and vendor support.
  • Personal qualities: Technical rigour, strong autonomy, organisational skills and team spirit.
  • Logistics: Driving licence (occasional travel) and residence in Switzerland or nearby border area.
