For one of our clients, a Swiss industrial group active in a high-precision sector, we are looking for a support technician to join the IT team at headquarters. Modern technological environment, broad scope, direct proximity to users.

Your role

You are the primary contact for the headquarters staff (around 65 users) for everything related to their digital work environment.

Your tasks

• Provide level 1 and 2 user support
• Handle requests and incidents via the ticketing tool
• Assist staff in mastering digital tools
• Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive at first level
• Participate in managing the professional smartphone fleet
• Ensure software licence tracking
• Contribute to IT projects at headquarters
• Write and maintain IT documentation
• Apply and promote good cybersecurity practices

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent training
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support
• Good command of Windows 11
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience in support and administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Sensitivity to good cybersecurity practices
• Service-oriented, excellent communication, autonomy and rigour
• Fluent French; professional English is an asset

A plus, but not essential: ShareFile, M-Files, Sage, Intune, macOS, basics of PowerShell.
