You contribute to ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of the IT environment. You accompany users in resolving their requests and actively participate in infrastructure operation and development projects.What you can contribute to:- Ensure level 1 and 2 technical support:- Take charge of, qualify, prioritize, and process first and second-level requests and incidents.- Diagnose software malfunctions and resolve incidents or transmit them to specialized teams while ensuring their follow-up until closure.- Advise and accompany users in the use of tools, identify recurring incidents, and propose corrective or preventive measures.- Ensure technical assistance:- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, telephones, tablets, and audiovisual equipment.- Ensure the delivery, replacement, and maintenance related to the equipment lifecycle management.- Analyze needs and prepare hardware orders, ensure follow-up, and keep stock up to date.- IT Project Management:- Participate in the steering and implementation of IT projects, workstation deployments, and new software solutions.- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external partners, and the various departments of the region.- Ensure the follow-up of actions, deadlines, and the quality of assigned projects.- Onboarding & Offboarding:- Prepare the environment for new employees, process requests for creation and deletion of access.- Administer user rights, storage spaces, and access to applications according to current processes.- Participate in arrival, internal mobility, and departure processes for employees.- Knowledge Management:- Create, update, and make available technical procedures and notices intended for users regarding equipment and local IT infrastructures.- Participate in the drafting of plans, inventories, specifications, and technical documents.- Contribute to the preparation and support of security audits.- Ensure compliance with standards, internal directives, and best practices.- Follow-up:- Control orders and invoices related to services and equipment.- Ensure the follow-up of suppliers and interventions.- Manage inventory and reporting of equipment.What you bring:- Professional training in IT (CFC, BAC, BTS, or equivalent title)- Confirmed professional experience in support (Helpdesk, local support)- Excellent mastery of environments:- Windows 11, MS Office 365- Windows servers- TCP/IP protocol suite (DHCP, DNS, POP3, SMTP)- Outlook/MS Exchange/365- Mobile clients (IOS, Android)/MS Exchange- Network: switchs, vlan, firewall- Experience in second-level support- Expertise in technical problem solving- Knowledge of standards, norms, and best practices in incident management – ITIL processes (good knowledge of ITIL processes)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sense of service, listening, and dialogue with users- Flexible, organized with a keen sense of priorities- Team spirit while demonstrating autonomy, rigor, reliability, and discretion- Knowledge of IT project management- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking- Excellent command of French, both oral and written- Knowledge of German constitutes a serious asset- Knowledge of English represents an additional asset- Impeccable honorability (no criminal record, no debt collection, bankruptcy, or guardianship) for security clearance by the authoritiesWhat we offer you:- Start date scheduled for mid-September- Activity rate: 95%- Position based in Geneva- Activity exercised mainly on-site, without regular possibility of telework- Thirteenth month salary- Stable position within the Swiss leader in security- Varied, concrete, and empowering work- The possibility to contribute to ambitious projects- Partner benefits (fleet reduction, Plus, Brands for Employees, etc.) and daily tickets for various activities in Switzerland- Access to different spaces and infrastructures, including vacation accommodation at preferential rates- Possibilities for professional development and evolution within the companyDo you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to join a dynamic company?In that case, we look forward to receiving your application file including:- Current CV with recent photo- Cover letter (strongly appreciated)- Double-sided: identity document and any establishment/work permits B/C and work certificates- Any other documents you deem relevantJoin the Swiss leader in security!Apply here now!Please note that no information will be given by telephone.
