Main Responsibilities and Tasks
Logistics & Distribution

Managing and resolving customer requests on campus

Parcel delivery: Receiving, sorting and distributing parcels and mail to various services, departments and offices on campus

Linen management: Actively participating in the delivery, drop-off and collection of clean/dirty linen for the boarding houses
Waste Management & Eco-responsibility
-
Collection and sorting: Ensuring the collection of waste and recycling bins (paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.) across the site
-
Flow management: Transporting waste to designated storage areas or the campus waste disposal site, ensuring compliance with selective sorting instructions
Maintenance & Cleanliness (Campus Image)

Bus cleaning: Ensuring regular maintenance, interior cleaning (vacuuming, disinfection, windows) and exterior cleaning of campus buses or shuttles

Occasional maintenance: Providing support for cleaning tasks as needed according to specific site requirements
General

Close collaboration with various school departments

Campus maintenance upon request

Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules in the execution of all tasks

Coordination with the Team Leader

Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Associate Director of Operations

Winter season: supporting the team with snow clearance on campus and vehicles

The position requires the ability to perform regular manual handling (lifting loads) as well as frequent movement on foot or by vehicle around the campus

A driving licence (category B) is essential for this position to drive the delivery vehicle or service car
