We regularly look for profiles eager to get involved in the development of our company.As part of the strengthening of our teams, we are looking for an IT Support Technician L2.You will join a dynamic IT team at the heart of our service center, composed of about forty technicians and engineers, and will play a key role in the satisfaction of our customers. As an L2 support technician, you will intervene in varied and stimulating environments, bringing your technical expertise and your sense of service.The position is based in Ecublens and involves interventions at our clients' sites.Missions:- Take charge of and resolve level 2 support tickets- Provide technical assistance (by phone or email) and on-site support for clients- Maintain and evolve client infrastructures- Intervene on technical projects- Contribute to the enrichment and updating of the knowledge baseProfile sought:- Minimum CFC (or equivalent)- Proven experience of at least 2 years IN SWITZERLAND in internal technical service or in a service company in an equivalent position (system technician)- Written and oral mastery of French- English, minimum B1 level- Driver's license essential- Current residence in the Lake Geneva regionTechnical skills:- Mastery of the Windows 11 / Terminal Server (TS) and VDI environment- Solid mastery of Windows Server concepts (DHCP, DNS, File server, RDS, AD)- Mastery of the fundamental concepts of Microsoft 365- Mastery of basic concepts in network connectivity (firewall, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, Wi-Fi)- Management of workstations (software deployment, access rights management, security)- Experience in backups and ticket management tools (Service Desk - ManageEngine, a plus)- Knowledge of ITIL best practices, a plusPersonal qualities:- Sense of service, kindness, enthusiasm- Availability (travel, on-call service)- Ability to work autonomously- Team spirit and sharingWhy apply?- A dynamic and committed team- Great opportunities for professional development and continuous training- Pleasant, modern and friendly premises- A lively company life with regular internal events- Possibility of teleworking, maximum per weekDoes this opportunity interest you?
