Experienced IT Technician / SharePoint and Power SupportWe are looking for a competent and service-oriented IT Technician with specific expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users needing assistance or advice in these areas and will play a key role in promoting digital solutions within the company.Your missions- Provide telephone support during Service Desk opening hours.- Provide first and second-level support for issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.- Perform analysis and establish a diagnosis for remote resolution or to escalate the request.- Record and process first and second-level incidents and requests.- Use the ticketing tool and follow up with users.- Communicate the progress of service requests and incidents to users.- Manage the lifecycle of requests and incidents, including the validation of their resolution and the confirmation of their complete resolution or execution.- Assist site owners in managing SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and content lifecycle.- Advise users on best practices for data sharing and document management in Microsoft 365.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding best practices.- Manage accounts (password management, access rights to shared folders and business applications).- Contribute to the development of the knowledge base.Profile- Recent experience, minimum 2 years in a Service Desk.- ITIL certified (V3, 4).- Solid experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.- Ability to solve problems related to permissions, content management, list/form creation, and workflows.- Mastery of an ITSM tool (incident management).We offer- An open-ended contract.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Continuous training fully covered.- The assurance of working for a leading company in the support field in French-speaking Switzerland.Our requirements- Available immediately.- French: perfect command, written and spoken.- English: minimum B2 level. jida15feb8aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
