Your role consists of analyzing, instructing, and managing cases of beneficiaries with sometimes complex social and financial issues. You operate in a demanding environment where rigor, discernment, and analytical spirit are essential. You participate in institutional decision-making and the handling of sensitive cases, particularly concerning resource control and suspicion of fraud. Your key missions Analyze and instruct beneficiaries' cases to evaluate their rights in respect of the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity Examine financial documents (bank statements, social insurance statements, tax documents) and handle particular or sensitive issues Write reasoned decisions, correspondence, and analysis summaries Conduct interviews with beneficiaries regarding the handling of complex cases Ensure collaboration with internal and external partners (social insurances, municipalities) and follow up on the division's management tools.
