The intensive care unit of the Jura Hospital, located on our Delémont site, provides care for patients presenting critical situations requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialised care. Our multidisciplinary team works in a demanding technical environment, where responsiveness, rigour and collaboration are essential to ensure safe and quality care.

To complete our team, we are looking for a replacement with a start date immediate or to be agreed for a:

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive and highly specialised care for patients in critical condition.

- Perform continuous clinical monitoring of vital signs and detect any changes in health status.

- Manage and use monitoring and life support equipment (ventilation, infusions, etc.).

- Administer prescribed treatments and adapt care in collaboration with the responsible physician.

- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination with medical, nursing and therapeutic teams.

- Ensure precise and rigorous documentation of care in the patient record.

- Contribute to the quality, safety of care and continuous improvement of practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.

- Training in intensive care or at least 2 years’ experience in intensive care (CH) or resuscitation (FR).

- Excellent clinical analysis skills and ability to make rapid decisions.

- Ability to manage high-stress situations and complex care.

- Team spirit, rigour, autonomy and sense of responsibility.

- Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
