About our client
On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised international industrial player, we are looking for an Industrial Transformation Leader to support a major programme of engineering activities transformation.
Your mission
Attached to an international team, you will play a key role in the deployment of a strategic industrial transformation programme. You will manage transition projects, coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure the success of initiatives while guaranteeing the continuity of operations.
Industrial Transformation Leader (M/F)
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the deployment of industrial transformation projects across several European sites.
- Coordinate transition activities with internal teams, partners and suppliers.
- Monitor performance indicators, deadlines and programme objectives.
- Identify, anticipate and manage risks related to projects.
- Support teams in adopting new working methods and new tools.
- Ensure document tracking and process compliance.
- Lead the various steering committees and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Your profile
- Engineering degree or higher technical education (industry, mechanical, chemical or similar field).
- Proven experience in industrial project management or organisational transformation.
- Good knowledge of production environments and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement (Lean, Operational Excellence).
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence multicultural teams.
- Fluent English essential (spoken and written).
- Availability for occasional travel within Europe.
