About our clientFor one of our clients, a recognized industrial player, we are looking for an Industrial Leader to support a major program of engineering activities. Within a team, you will play a key role in the deployment of a program. You will manage transition projects, coordinate the various stakeholders, and ensure the success of all while guaranteeing the continuity of operations.Industrial LeaderYour main responsibilities- Manage the deployment of industrial projects across several European sites.- Coordinate transition activities with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.- Monitor performance indicators, deadlines, and program objectives.- Identify, anticipate, and manage project-related risks.- Support teams in the adoption of new working methods and new tools.- Ensure documentation tracking and compliance of processes.- Lead various steering committees and communicate project progress to stakeholders.Profile- Engineering degree or higher technical diploma (industry, mechanics, chemistry, or similar field).- Confirmed experience in industrial project management or in production environments and processes.- Experience in change management and continuous improvement (Lean, Excellence).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence multicultural teams.- Fluent English essential (spoken and written).- Availability for occasional travel in Europe. jidd3b35c2aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
