About us

Sugnaux SA, a company of the JNJ Group, designs and installs equipment for the dairy and cheese industry.

Your mission

You ensure the operational, technical and logistical management of off-site interventions: preparation of equipment, mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment, industrial piping and welding. You supervise and support the team on site, guarantee coordination with other stakeholders and companies, and manage equipment via the ERP system. Between two sites, you also ensure the technical follow-up and after-sales service of our installations already in place, naturally switching from one to the other depending on the workload.

Your responsibilities

Lead and supervise commissioning sites of our installations: preparation, mechanical and electrical assembly, industrial piping, welding
Supervise and allocate work within the assembly team (piping, locksmithing, mechanics, electrical, pneumatic) and subcontractors
Monitor the execution schedule and deliveries
Read and interpret architectural plans, isometrics, P&ID and electrical diagrams
Participate in site meetings and ensure the technical interface between the project manager, internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform functional tests, water tests and automation point tests
Between sites, provide after-sales service for our installations in operation at our clients: diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance
Participate in on-call services according to schedule
Prepare the necessary equipment for interventions and manage stocks via the ERP
Follow up on non-conformities and propose solutions
Occasionally contribute to project planning and machine development

Your profile

Technical training (CFC or federal diploma) in electromechanics, locksmithing, or process orientations
Proven experience in site management and team leadership
Experience in industrial assembly and process engineering, ideally in the food or dairy sector
Knowledge of TIG welding, industrial piping, mechanics, electrotechnics and automation
Ability to read and interpret technical plans, isometrics and P&ID diagrams
Knowledge of ERP systems (stocks, logistics) and the Office suite
Hydraulics and thermal, milk technology and food hygiene: a plus
Driving licence category B, category BE a plus
Languages: fluent French, German
