To strengthen our Global Services department at our site in Prilly, we are looking for an:ICT APPRENTICE – SUPPORT (Service Desk – Level 1)ROLE:You will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gradually gain autonomy while assisting users with their daily needs.- Provide first-level support to internal users (on-site support, phone, email, ticketing tool).- Register, classify, and track incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.- Assist users with common tasks related to Windows and macOS.- Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, laptops, screens, printers, peripherals).- Basic network connectivity and VPN access.- Escalate more complex incidents to higher-level support teams according to established procedures.- Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities for basic user accounts.- Contribute to internal documentation and the IT knowledge base.- Learn and apply IT service management principles (ITIL).- Develop professional skills in IT and a strong sense of service.PROFILE:- Eligible or enrolled in an ICT CFC (EFZ) apprenticeship in Switzerland.- Basic knowledge or strong interest in: Hardware and systems (Windows/macOS) / Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.- Good communication skills and willingness to learn, reliability, and sense of responsibility.- French: fluent (oral and written) – Mandatory / English: basic to intermediate level (A2–B1).- Any prior experience (school, internship, personal projects) is an asset but not mandatory.OUR OFFER:Our success comes from our talented and highly qualified employees.
