You will work on varied projects, ranging from complex to more targeted ones, with real technical autonomy.- Imagine, design, and supervise ambitious and innovative HVAC projects.- Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of your projects with a global and responsible vision.- Manage and support a team of project managers and technicians by effectively distributing tasks.- Coordinate work with companies and guarantee the quality of execution.- Advise project owners and architects to define the most relevant technical solutions.- Ensure technological monitoring in order to integrate the best practices and innovations of the sector.YOUR PROFILE- Engineering degree in a technical field such as HVAC, sanitary, or thermal engineering, or equivalent.- Basic training supplemented by a postgraduate degree in project management.- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.- Experience in HVAC design for administrative or industrial buildings.- Mastery of project financial management and office tools.- Client-oriented, ease and excellent quality of listening, negotiation, and communication.- Decision-making capacity and leadership.- Mastery of AutoCAD.- Knowledge of Revit: an asset. jid883695caen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
