Profile

You today ...

  • Commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by a federal certificate or diploma in accounting / finance / real estate.

  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in real estate client accounting, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Solid knowledge of real estate accounting, PPE closings and budget management.

  • Comfortable with IT tools (advanced Excel, real estate software or ERP such as Abacus, Quorum, ImmoTop).

  • Collaborative leadership, rigour, customer service orientation and strong organisational skills.

  • Fluent French, German and/or English an asset.
