Lead Sheet Metal Worker Team Leader M/F
- Supervise, manage and motivate a team of sheet metal workers on various sheet metal work sites.
- Plan, organise and monitor the progress of sheet metal and roofing work.
- Analyse and interpret technical plans and execution diagrams related to sheet metal work.
- Prepare, shape and install typical sheet metal elements: sheets, gutters, downpipes, cappings, valleys, joints, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and deadlines on sheet metal work sites.
- Coordinate with other trades as well as with the site management.
- Train, support and supervise apprentices and new employees to strengthen their sheet metal work skills.
