As an HR Specialist, you ensure the follow-up and support of the Human Resources department. You are responsible for managing employee files, supporting recruitment processes, organizing activities, and events. Our client is an industrial company located in the canton of Fribourg. Missions:- Complete management of the employee life cycle from entry to exit.- Management of salaries and social insurance, as well as the processing of sickness and accident leaves.- Management of working hours.- Primary point of contact for all questions related to human resources.- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, from defining needs to mentoring apprentices, in collaboration with responsible managers.- Assistance with various tasks, supporting the entire HR department.Profile:- Experience in human resources, with a federal diploma in HR.- A confirmed track record of 3 to 5 years in a similar HR role.- Excellent command of French, with a good knowledge of English and/or German.- Versatile, flexible, and able to adapt.- Customer service-oriented and excellent quick learner for a fixed-term contract of 10 months.Conditions and Benefits:- A varied and versatile position.- Flexible working rate between 80% and 100%.- An innovative and stimulating work environment. jid733bd76aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
