As a Water Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the distribution of water for a maximum duration of 12 months (renewable). As a Water Technician, you will be in charge of ensuring the distribution of water, as well as the maintenance and renewal work of the City’s distribution network.YOUR MISSIONS• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the drinking water network with various specialists• Manage the meter readings throughout the entire process (mail, reading, etc.)• Conduct the water leak detection campaign and handle the related activities (application for excavation permits, site monitoring, geodata, etc.)• Write and/or prepare documents and reports for management• Monitor project progress• On-call servicesPROFILE• Water Technician, holder of the federal certificate or experience in the field of drinking water distribution• Conscientious, ability to work independently, availability• Good knowledge of MS Office tools• Good writing skills• Knowledge in civil engineering and public procurement• Driver's license, B• Residing within a 30-minute transport radius of Gland• Sense of public service• ResilienceSTART• As soon as possibleAre you interested in this offer and ready to take on these challenges?
