Job role The specialist in data management implements the governance defined by the institution, applying collection methods, data, documents, and content. He/she contributes to the quality, security, compliance, and accessibility of from a data perspective. Under the direct responsibility of the unit manager in governance of and AI, he/she works closely with the governance and data management expert, the institutional archivist, IT, as well as with the professions and other stakeholders to maintain and evaluate institutional content management references, as well as data management. Missions Monitoring services, within the governance framework (policies, directives, procedures, references, mapping) designed and led by the expert and the unit manager; Coordinate and facilitate data mapping sessions with the professions; Coordinate, maintain, and develop references for engaging content and tasks Governance of policies, directives, procedures, and governance references defined by the unit; Participate in updating classification plans, schedules, and metadata (tests, adjustments, corrections); Keep up to date and evolve with the professions the registers of engaging documents as well as classified institutional documents. Compliance, security, archiving Apply legal and regulatory requirements regarding data protection, archiving, and in collaboration with the archivist and legal service.
