We are looking for an HR Project Manager for a 6-month assignment (Start: Early May). The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in HR. Missions:1. HR Process Mapping: Conduct end-to-end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.). Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardized, documented, and user-friendly process maps.2. Project Management: Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk management. Structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress. Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project stakeholders.3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect insights, processes, and secure workshops, interviews, and working sessions with key stakeholders.4. Change Support: Draft high-quality process maps, workflows, guidelines, and SOPs. Support change management by preparing and training resources where all are clear, consistent, and documented.Profile & Background:Proven experience in mapping HR processes. Experience working within Human Resources, ideally in HR project management. Exposure to HR systems and HR tools is an asset.Skills & Competencies:Strong stakeholder management skills: able to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Structured and methodical: strong analytical mindset with a clear working style. Ability to simplify complexity and produce clear, professional project planning and documentation.Languages:Excellent oral and written English (required).
