Main objectives: Within our project development team, you will have the opportunity to concretely discover real estate setup and monitoring, particularly through the following tasks: Contributing to the preparation and writing of responses to calls for tenders issued by public institutions, participating in files and proposals, Assisting in the feasibility study phase, considering financial, legal, and technical dimensions as well as risk analysis, Assisting in the monitoring of projects and sites in line with techniques for steering meetings, writing minutes, monitoring project deadlines and budgets, Contributing to the development of financial plans for different projects in the development phase, Participating in the monitoring and gathering of development opportunities, Supporting project managers in the legal, technical, and financial setup of projects based on a start date to be agreed upon.
