Description
Mandated by several home care centres in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a
Home Care Nurse M/F
- You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
- 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland
- You have a vehicle - Mandatory
- You have an excellent knowledge of protocols and standards in force in the medical field
- You have nursing skills and basic technical skills.
- You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents
- Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented
- You intervene at patients' homes to provide personalised nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, sociocultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment.
- You ensure respectful care of patients' autonomy and choices, in a caring, reassuring and calming environment.
- You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment carried out, the care provided and the chosen directions.
