Mandated by one of our clients in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, we are actively seeking:
Nursing Assistant in Care Home M/F
- You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
- You have your own transport - Mandatory
- You are a nursing assistant with at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
- You demonstrate rigour and dexterity in providing care, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety rules
- You enjoy teamwork, have excellent interpersonal skills, and show great adaptability to the demands of the field
- You work on occasional or planned assignments within medico-social establishments located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
- You are integrated within a multidisciplinary team and actively participate in the overall care of residents
- You carry out nursing and support care independently and compassionately under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
- You benefit from flexible hours (continuous or split shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays), for a dynamic, humane and rewarding activity.
