Head of the central - employment managerDo you wish to join our team of centralists at La Croisée and evolve in a dynamic and ever-changing environment alongside detainees benefiting from various detention regimes? In this role, you play a key part in the safety and smooth operation of the central office. You coordinate activities, ensure adherence to procedures, and contribute to the daily operations and monitoring of movements, while consistently acting in accordance with our values: Loyalty, Solidarity, Credibility.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the supervision of detainees, locations, and infrastructure, enforce regulations, and intervene in emergencies. You relay information to the hierarchy, colleagues, and detained persons. Define, in agreement with the management and the central office director, the processes and work rules. Ensure the distribution of work within the team. Collaborate with the deputy supervisor responsible for the central office to define the schedules of centralists and inform them of any issues regarding the overall functioning of the central office. Provide expertise for any specific questions and handle complex matters within your area of competence. Manage the reception and internal and external telephone inquiries, control access and the identity of internal and external persons according to the prevailing security rules. Develop schedules, maintain and update daily logs, tables, and all necessary documents for the smooth operation of the security central office or any other relevant sector. Manage the mail for detainees (correspondence) and the entry and exit procedures. Manage the schedule of detainee movements. Ensure a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional replacements, during the day, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to manage stressful situations, oppositional behavior, conflict, and verbal or physical violence. Ability to organize the functioning of the central office and efficiently distribute tasks within the team. Knowledge of procedures and directives relevant to this field, a marked interest in technical domains (video surveillance, X systems, etc.), and comfort with common software tasks: Excel, Word, Internet, IBM Notes. Knowledge of Papillon, Cognos, Telio, and IAM X, proficiency in one or more languages, employment conditions require you to be Swiss or holder of a C permit, free from any property liability (an extract from the Office of Debt Enforcement must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clear.
