Head of Service (M/F) – Restaurant Le Belvédère

At Restaurant Le Belvédère, we believe that every service is a unique experience. We are looking for a passionate Head of Service, driven by a sense of hospitality, a taste for well-done work, and the desire to create unforgettable moments for our guests.

As the true conductor of the dining room, you inspire positive energy in your team, ensure the smooth flow of service, and actively contribute to creating a warm, elegant, and professional atmosphere. You are also responsible for an apprentice specialising in catering.

Your duties

• Welcome and assist our clientele with attention and kindness.
• Organise and supervise the smooth running of services.
• Manage, motivate, and support the dining room team and the apprentice on a daily basis.
• Guarantee an excellent level of service quality and adherence to the house standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen to offer a harmonious experience to our guests.
• Train and share your expertise in a spirit of teamwork and sharing.
• Be proactive in continuously improving the customer experience.
• Responsible for beverage orders

The profile we are looking for

Successful experience in a similar position is desired.
