The Cantonal Valais Rescue Service (KWRO) coordinates the rescue chain in X and operates the emergency medical call center. To strengthen the department, we are looking for a new leader for the task: As a management team member of the department, you will ensure the leadership and further development of the emergency medical call center 144 and thereby ensure the continuity and quality of receiving X emergency medical calls in X. Main responsibilities: Leadership of the emergency medical call center 144, ensuring management of the emergency medical call center 144, guaranteeing the continuity and sustained operation of the system, support and guidance of the staff of the emergency medical call center, service in the emergency medical call center 144 and participate in X interactions with other alarm centers and rescue partners, involvement in projects, quality and procedures, management of the quality assurance system X 144 and its aspects (especially listening to call recordings), ensuring the administration and updating and monitoring of the training of the emergency dispatchers, developing and implementing training plans in collaboration with the training and emergency service systems, participation in the medical and non-medical partners, involvement in aspects of the cardiac arrest treatment pathway of cœur wallis, participation in large-scale medical events. Management and development: participation in the preparation and monitoring of the budgets of the emergency medical call center 144, participation in the reporting of incidents of the department, representation of the KWRO in various working groups and at events in X. Requirements: Certified emergency paramedic HF with substantial experience, experience or training in team leadership and project management, excellent command of French or German with very good knowledge of the other language, leadership strength and sense of responsibility, excellent analytical and prioritization skills, ability to work in a X environment.
