As part of a reorganisation of the finance department, we are recruiting a:
Head of Debtors Department (100%) - Permanent Contract
Salary scale: 9 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)
Location: Lausanne
Start date: As soon as possible
What you bring to our mission
Lead the team by providing supervision and support to ensure the quality of services related to the management of the establishment's debtors. Propose and then develop a strategic direction for the organisation of the department, enabling efficient response to EVAM's needs.
Your key responsibilities
You plan, organise, coordinate and supervise the team’s activities in collaboration with other department heads of the entity, reporting to the hierarchical line
You supervise, coordinate and guarantee activities related to debtor management
You supervise and update procedures related to debtor management
You participate in projects required by the activity in coordination with the various finance department heads and management
You contribute to formalising services by drafting processes, procedures and guidelines, their continuous improvement and updating, ensuring their application and compliance
You ensure the development of a culture of partnership and cohesion with other department heads of the entity
Your profile
Commercial employee federal certificate (CFC)
Certified management training
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent command of common office software
Excellent organisational and priority management skills
Analytical and synthesis skills
Strong communication and writing skills
