Our dynamic team strives to offer you perspectives in line with your project.In the context of a one-year temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for a:Bilingual French / English AdministratorYour mission:- Manage clients and control the compliance of transactions- Assist Sales Advisors and resolve blockages and systems- Control and monitor all types of collections (cash, transfers, cards)- Ensure the maintenance and management of the cash register in compliance with internal rules- Control and process customer shipping documents in the systems- Produce daily reports (figures, cash register) and transmit them to stakeholders- Update tracking (collections, customer balances) and handle internal and external requests (telephone, e-mails) with a high level of service- Ensure the management of mail and internal flowsRequired technical skills:- Good command of MS Office tools- Knowledge of an ERP tool, SAP is an asset- Knowledge of a CRM customer database, X is an assetProfile:- CFC or equivalent- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field- Mastery of French (oral and written), English (oral and written)- Rigor, attention to detail, and impeccable reliability- Excellent sense of service and team spirit- Capacity and sense of priorities- Discretion, autonomy, and respect for compliance rulesIf you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, send us your complete file as soon as possible (CV, work certificates, diploma, identity document, criminal record extract).Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application.
