Administrative Assistant – Sanipartner Bo Net Sàrl

Are you organised, dynamic and looking for a new challenge in a stimulating professional environment? Sanipartner Bo Net Sàrl, a company specialised in hygiene and cleaning services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its team in Switzerland.

Start date 1st September 2026

Responsibilities

  • Manage telephone calls and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of client files.
  • Plan and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
  • Manage weekly schedules of employees (sanitary installers).
  • Prepare and archive administrative documents.
  • Ensure follow-up of invoices/reminders.

Qualifications

  • Training in administration or equivalent experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Good command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of German or English is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Fixed working hours

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30 (may change if necessary)
