Are you organised, dynamic and looking for a new challenge in a stimulating professional environment? Sanipartner Bo Net Sàrl, a company specialised in hygiene and cleaning services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its team in Switzerland.
Start date 1st September 2026
Responsibilities
- Manage telephone calls and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of client files.
- Plan and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
- Manage weekly schedules of employees (sanitary installers).
- Prepare and archive administrative documents.
- Ensure follow-up of invoices/reminders.
Qualifications
- Training in administration or equivalent experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Good command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of German or English is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Fixed working hours
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30 (may change if necessary)
