Finance and ICT Manager (m/f/x) – Head of Finance and ICT (m/f/x) More than just a classic management position Do you want not only to lead but also to shape and evolve? In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for the areas of finance and ICT – and actively participate as a member of the management in the development of our institution in an exciting phase. We support adults with cognitive disabilities or multiple disabilities within seven living groups. Our goal is clear: to enable participation, strengthen self-determination, and improve the quality of life. Our work is based on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and a modern, person-centered approach. As a member of the management, you will take responsibility for your area and work closely with the other members of management. You will operate at the interface between numbers, people, and responsibilities. Overall responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, annual accounts, and controlling. Ensuring correct billing to the canton and relevant stakeholders. Actively participating in overarching projects (in particular subjective financing, establishment of an internal Spitex structure). Leading and developing a small team and human resources. Responsible for the proper functioning and development of ICT in collaboration with internal partners and the construction commission and development project “PTA-Village.” Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your profile: A degree from a university (FH/University) in business administration, social management, or comparable. Several years of management experience, ideally in a social or public sector context. Solid knowledge of finance and controlling. Proven experience in project management. Knowledge of the X financing system and social insurance is an advantage. An analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented way of working. Excellent social skills and the ability to approach complex topics constructively. Interest in change processes and interdisciplinary work.
