Knowledge of Kelio and Sunet = knowledge of Kelio: welcome, but not mandatory. A rigorous, organized, reliable person who is comfortable with numbers. Languages: French and English (min. B2). Main responsibilities Complete management of payroll with mastery of the Abacus HR software related to the lifecycle of personnel and tracking of time management. Processing and monitoring of illness and cases related to roles, entering and updating HR and payroll data. Preparation of HR documents: amendments and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders related to payroll and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR service on these aspects.
