In this position, you will collaborate with internal teams related to building maintenance and infrastructure projects, as well as support partners and suppliers, to ensure the success of activities.How you will make a difference as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist- Ensure the continuity of HVAC service, by mastering these systems and having knowledge of electrical and plumbing building infrastructures.- Coordinate and supervise maintenance interventions (preventive/corrective) and technical shutdowns.- Manage the monitoring of performance, acceptance, and quality of work.- Ensure continuous improvement: analyze recurring breakdowns, propose and deploy corrective actions.- Ensure documentary follow-up and updating of technical data (plans, procedures, history, KPI) in the CMMS.- Guarantee safety, compliance, and risk management during interventions (SHE, work permits).- Technical on-call service.What will allow you to succeed- Confirmed experience in HVAC building maintenance and multi-technical interventions.- Management of maintenance planning (preventive/corrective), proactive approach, and ability to make proposals.- Analytical capacity, continuous improvement approach, and knowledge of SHE requirements.- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergency situations on critical equipment in a demanding environment.- Management of priorities and communication with multidisciplinary teams and partners.- Demonstrate courage, agility, responsiveness, and a desire for learning.- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.At Nestlé, we take care of our people.
