For our client, a renowned real estate group, we are looking for a:
Experienced PPE Administrator
YOUR MISSION
Ensure the administrative, financial, technical and legal management of a portfolio of condominiums (PPE) as well as the decisions of the general meetings independently with the collaboration of an assistant
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the annual budgets
- Conduct regular visits to the buildings
- Identify maintenance and renovation needs
- Request quotes, negotiate with companies and monitor the work
- Manage claims in collaboration with insurers and experts.
- Lead the general meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions
- Handle requests, complaints and conflicts between co-owners
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful experience in condominium administration in Switzerland
- Very good expertise in building technology and condominium law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Confidence in conducting general meetings
- Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage several files simultaneously
