Your mission:
To ensure all administrative and technical tasks inherent to the management of a PPE portfolio and the holding of general meetings.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in condominium administration in Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of building technology, energy transition, and condominium law
- Mastery of modern work tools, administrative autonomy (in a largely digitalised environment)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Administrative and organisational rigour
- Availability in the early evening during the general meeting period
- Good spelling and writing skills
- Driving licence / vehicle owner
