Our client is currently seeking a PPE Administrator to ensure the comprehensive management of a PPE portfolio as well as the proper conduct of general meetings.

Your profile:

A professional in co-ownership, you have proven experience in managing PPEs and enjoy working in an environment where rigour and autonomy are valued. Organised and structured, you master current work tools and manage your responsibilities efficiently and with a sense of priorities.

Comfortable in communication, you know how to build trustful relationships with your contacts thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills. Your writing is confident, your spelling impeccable, and you take pleasure in communicating clearly and professionally.

Curious and committed, you possess good technical knowledge of buildings as well as a strong interest in issues related to the energy transition. Your flexibility also allows you to be available in the early evening during general meeting periods.

Finally, mobile, you hold a driving licence and have a vehicle, enabling you to travel independently.
