For one of our clients, an international FMCG company operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment based in **Geneva**, we are looking for a:
## Executive Assistant ##
For a **permanent** position with a **80% - 100%** workload.
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**
* Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior leadership.
* Organise meetings, travel, and related logistics.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
* Draft meeting notes and follow up on action items.
* Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal teams.
* Coordinate information flow and document sharing.
* Support communication with external partners when needed.
* Maintain well-structured and up-to-date files and records.
* Coordinate document signatures, approvals, and archiving.
* Support internal processes and approval workflows.
* Provide organisational support on cross-functional and international projects.
**PROFIL ATTENDU**
Requirements:
* Training in business administration or executive support is an advantage.
* 7-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
* Experience supporting senior leaders in an international corporate environment.
* Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
* Fluent in English and French.
