## Job Description ##
* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access.
* Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Monitor and manage emails, calls, and other communications effectively.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
## The Successful Applicant ##
A successful EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT should have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
* Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
