## Job Description ##
* **Calendar & Meeting Management**: Coordinate and optimize schedules, arrange internal and external meetings, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and materials.
* **Travel Coordination**: Organize international and domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
* **Document & Communication Support**: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
* **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
* **Project Assistance**: Support CFO and CLO on ad hoc projects, including research and data preparation.
* **Office Administration**: Maintain records, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills in **English** (mandatory); **French** is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
