• Training in the field of watchmaking.
• Experience in an industrial environment (watchmaking experience is an asset).
• Ability to be autonomous while maintaining an excellent team dynamic.
• High dexterity, excellent visual acuity and a keen sense of precision.

• Assemble watch cases or movement assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Perform self-inspection of completed operations.
• Apply established operating procedures.
• Use conventional tools as well as automated equipment.
• Ensure production volumes are met within deadlines and quality requirements.
