Production Operator (M/F/D)
Job Summary
As a Production Operator (M/F/D), you are responsible for operating an automated production line, working in 4x8 shift patterns.
A day in the life of a Production Operator (M/F/D)
- Operate automated production equipment independently
- Replenish production lines
- Manage raw material stock using computer systems
- Analyse various causes of breakdowns and report issues
- Perform adjustments and first-level maintenance
- Contribute to the implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management) methodology
- Carry out and document quality controls
- Ensure information transfer during shift handovers
- Participate in continuous improvement within the existing structure
- Ensure proper application of 5S (organisation system) and cleaning of lines.
Your strengths for success
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Operator on Automated Machines (OMA) or training in a technical/food sector
- Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Possession of a driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Initiative and autonomy
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
