Your mission:
For a famous Watchmaking Manufacture based in Le Locle, we are in the process of recruiting Watchmaking Operators for T2-T3 for a possible resumption of activity in the sector or for replacements.

Your tasks:
- Perform dial fitting, hand fitting, casing, strap fitting and various tests
- Respect the characteristics of the range and associated documents
- Work in an autonomous cell and be the first link in continuous improvement information
- Carry out control operations according to established sampling methods and in compliance with the "Aesthetic Robustness" rules
- Enter control data and usage decisions electronically
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the workstation

- AFP in watchmaking, a serious asset
- A first successful experience in a watchmaking workshop or completed training in the field
- Skills in technical reading of simple plans and following procedures
- Ability to make clear and precise decisions
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Rigour, meticulousness and autonomy

- Impeccable reputation
