Your responsibilities
- Develop and supervise culinary production.
- Create and renew menus according to events and seasons.
- Ensure the quality of preparations and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Manage supplies, stocks and production costs.
- Organise catering services (weddings, receptions, corporate events, etc.).
Profile sought
- Proven experience as Head Chef, ideally in the catering sector.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Creativity, rigour and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several events simultaneously.
