Job Description

Leading your brigade, you create and showcase high-end cuisine combining authenticity, creativity and technical excellence. You highlight fresh, regional products through seasonal homemade menus inspired by gastronomic standards, blending tradition and modernity in a refined spirit. Your culinary approach combines gustatory pleasure, elegant presentation and skilful adaptation to the specific nutritional needs of a medico-social public, without compromising on indulgence. A true conductor, you manage production, optimise costs, structure operational organisation and guarantee impeccable hygiene standards. You develop signature culinary moments during private events, strengthening the gastronomic identity of the establishment.

Profile sought

Holder of a recognised culinary qualification, you have a proven track record in luxury hospitality or gourmet catering. You possess an in-depth mastery of classical and contemporary culinary techniques. Your attention to detail, rigour and culinary creativity allow you to ensure consistency and elegance in every dish. A natural leader, you unite your team through exemplary conduct and kindness. Organised, reliable and creative, you combine professional rigour with strong human values, essential in an environment focused on the well-being and dignity of residents. A good manager, you control your costs and inventories and ensure optimal kitchen management, both in terms of planning and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards.

You will work in an organisation designed to combine professional excellence and personal balance, with a schedule alternating continuous and split shifts, finishing no later than 7:30 pm and at least two weekends off per month. Based in the La Côte region, between Lausanne and Gland, the proposed salary conditions are attractive. This position allows you to put your expertise at the service of a meaningful project, where culinary excellence directly contributes to the quality of life of the residents.
