As a Deputy Head Chef (M/F), your mission will be to prepare dishes with precision and creativity. You
will work under the direct supervision of the Head Chef who belongs to Eldora and will contribute to
the development of varied menus while respecting food hygiene standards. You will be responsible for
preparing assigned dishes according to established quality standards and ensuring that hygiene and
food safety standards are respected at all times. Finally, you will work closely
with the team to maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Your skills:
Know and master basic cooking techniques
Know the requirements of a high-end collective kitchen
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Show flexibility and speed in task execution,
Have at least one experience as a chef de partie
Initial training in cooking is imperative
Driving licence desired
Spoken language: French and/or English
