Maison Martel, founded in 1818, is among the first Swiss artisan chocolatiers. Martel offers a wide range of chocolates, macarons, viennoiseries, pastries, confectionery and ice creams for sale and tasting in its nine boutiques/tea rooms located in the canton of Geneva.
Martel also stands out for its catering service and the excellence of its chocolates, made from a rigorous selection of the finest cocoa beans.
Cook 80%-100%
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cook on a permanent contract at 80% with hourly hours from 22.06.2026 for our Martel Croix d'or sales point:
- o Prepare dishes according to the technical sheet
o Ensure mise en place and timely sending of dishes
o Manage stocks and place necessary orders
o Ensure hygiene and quality standards
o Ensure and constantly maintain the cleanliness of the workstation and equipment
o Communicate effectively with the entire team
o Maintain optimal kitchen organisation to ensure smooth and efficient service
o Report all important information during service
o Perform versatile tasks
o Flexibility for service in the dining room
- More than 2 years experience in a similar position
- Training, diploma in cooking
- Very good presentation
- Customer-solution oriented
- Very good command of French; other languages are a plus
- Hours 10am-4pm
