Maintenance Technician L1 (CFC Mechanic) - Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial and technical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning and improvement of equipment.
• Keep technical documentation and intervention reports up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the performance of installations.
• Comply with safety standards and current procedures.
• Contribute to the management of spare parts and tooling stocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma as a maintenance technician, CFC mechanic or equivalent in the field of mechanics or electrotechnics.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the public or industrial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
• Proficiency with computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility, autonomy and ability to organise work effectively.
