1. Your mission:
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in the reliability, safety and performance of the site’s production equipment.
They ensure the proper functioning, maintenance and upkeep of technical installations.
2. Your responsibilities
· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of formulation, primary/secondary packaging and spray drying equipment.
· Perform necessary repairs within deadlines to minimise downtime.
· Participate in the installation, commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
· Write, update and apply process maintenance procedures.
· Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the relevant departments.
· Provide responsive technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting, optimisation and performance improvement of equipment.
· Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of installations.
· Participate in spare parts coding and associated document management.
· Supervise external companies working on the equipment.
· Work closely with the Utilities, Facilities, Metrology, Automation, Methods and IT departments.
· Participate in technical projects and multidisciplinary interventions.
· Inform internal partners of activities carried out, ongoing interventions and actions necessary for the proper functioning of installations.
· Ensure rigorous reporting of activities via the CMMS within the given deadlines.
3. Your profile
· Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological or industrial environment with high technical requirements.
· Qualification such as a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in electromechanics, mechanical engineering or equivalent training.
· Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards.
· Experience with thermal or spray drying equipment: an advantage.
· Proficiency in French; English B1-B2.
· Excellent command of IT tools: MS Office, CMMS.
