Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocks, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary and other HVAC installations) in shift work (3x8)
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
• Management of subcontracted work
• Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules in all work
• Operate in a controlled environment, adjusting temperature, humidity and overpressure
• Keep operating records, intervention reports, operation reports up to date
• Participation in improvement projects

Your profile:

• Training in building maintenance (thermal or climatic engineering) or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Fluency in French, English is a plus
• Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small sites
• Very good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly developed customer service sense
• Good stress resistance and flexibility
