Your mission:The Maintenance Technician plays an essential role in the reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment. You guarantee the proper functioning, maintenance, and upkeep of the facilities.Your responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, specifically primary/secondary packaging and spray drying equipment.- Carry out necessary repairs within deadlines to minimize downtime.- Participate in the commissioning and qualification of new equipment.- Write, update, and apply process maintenance procedures.- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the relevant departments.- Provide reactive technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance.- Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of equipment.- Participate in the management of spare parts and associated documentation.- Supervise external companies working on the equipment.- Collaborate closely with the Utilities, Facilities, Metrology, Methods, and IT departments.- Participate in technical projects and multidisciplinary interventions.- Inform internal partners of activities performed, ongoing interventions, and actions necessary for the proper functioning of equipment.- Ensure rigorous reporting of activities via the CMMS within deadlines.Your profile:- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance within a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or industrial environment with high technical requirements.- Degree in electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards.- Experience with thermal or spray drying equipment: an asset.- Proficiency in French; English B1-B2.- Excellent command of tools: MS Office, CMMS. jid6aec70eaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
